Return & Refund Policy

At MISS DIY, we take great care in packing and shipping every order. As many of our products are imported, collectible, or limited-edition items, our Return & Refund Policy has been designed to protect both our customers and our business.

By placing an order with MISS DIY, you agree to the following terms.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, inserts, freebies, and packaging materials.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  • Include a complete unboxing video of the package from the moment it is opened. This is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items.

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Products without the required unboxing video (for damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims).


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product with missing contents

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  • A complete unboxing video showing the issue.

After verification, MISS DIY may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product (subject to availability), or

  • Issue Store Credit.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

  • If MISS DIY shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, we will assist with the return process where applicable.

  • If the return is due to any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Refund Policy

MISS DIY does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will be refunded only as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Store Credit will generally be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges or replacements are only considered for products that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Subject to verification and product availability.


Collectible Product Disclaimer

Many products sold by MISS DIY are imported collectibles and designer merchandise.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Minor paint imperfections, small finishing marks, or slight manufacturing variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.

  • The condition of collectible boxes or retail packaging is not guaranteed and is not considered a valid reason for return.

  • Manufacturer quality variations or factory imperfections are not covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or manufacturing batches.


Delivery Issues

If the courier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

We may request supporting information and will investigate the matter with the shipping partner.

If the investigation confirms that the package was not successfully delivered, MISS DIY may, at its discretion:

  • Arrange a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Issue Store Credit.


International Orders

MISS DIY currently ships primarily within India.

For any international orders that may be accepted:

  • No cancellations are permitted after payment.

  • No refunds or returns are accepted.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
