At MISS DIY, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days.

  • During periods of high order volume, product availability checks, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Orders are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the delivery destination.

Within India

  • Standard Shipping: Starting from ₹80

  • Express Shipping: Starting from ₹150

International Orders

Shipping charges vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

  • Courier partner

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched.

Within India

  • Metro Cities: Approximately 5 business days

  • Other Cities: Approximately 7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

International Orders

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during checkout where available.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


4. Courier Partners

MISS DIY works with multiple trusted courier partners.

The courier service used for your order will depend on your delivery location, package size, service availability, and operational requirements.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared where available by the respective courier partner.

Tracking updates, notifications, and delivery communications are managed by the courier partner and may be sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available methods.


6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volumes

  • Courier operational delays

  • Technical issues

MISS DIY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

MISS DIY is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


8. Address Changes

Shipping addresses may only be changed before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If eligible, a refund for the product value will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If the customer requests the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a shipment without a valid reason, the order may be returned to MISS DIY.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.


11. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner, MISS DIY will investigate the matter.

Following verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Ship a replacement (subject to product availability), or

  • Provide Store Credit in accordance with our policies.


12. International Shipping

MISS DIY ships to selected international destinations.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier partner.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their destination country.

  • MISS DIY is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


13. Force Majeure

MISS DIY shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
